Technicians arrived early in the day. Pleasant guys. Fixed the unit and answered my questions. There wasn't any mess.

We have full confidence in John to provide good service to us. Unfortunately, we had two shipments of parts that were not the correct parts for the job. We have had John do our service work, for many, many, years. He never has failed to complete the work. We blame the washer still needing repair on how the parts department handled the proper shipment of parts. Still waiting on the correct parts.
