He was quick, thorough and was willing to answer a lot of questions. And educate me about the capabilities of my washer. What I wish is that the scheduler would have done, was to give us a shorter technician arrival window. I had clear my day because my window was 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

I find that the technician Noah was very helpful and explained everything he was going to do. You need more technicians like Noah. He is also very courteous and well mannered. When I need your services I hope you can send Noah. Very impressive
