Francisco did a great job. However your support system is absolutely terrible. Parts were ordered and sent to my condo without me knowing it. Fed Express placed parts in wrong area therefore I had to have people find the parts for me. And lastly, your system canceled the Wednesday and Thursday appointments while I stayed home all day waiting for a technician to come. Terrible client service.
