Gabriel, upon arrival, was given the repair kit he previously had ordered. He checked the kit and said it was what he needed. He went immediately to work disassembling the dryer. He installed the needed parts and hooked up the dryer exhaust pipe that had come loose. He ran a test run of the dryer and it worked as designed. Gabriel knows what he is doing and cares about the customer. Give him a raise.
