Kevin arrived before original estimated time and was able to review and diagnose my refrigerator issues quickly. He described the issue throughly which gave me an understanding of problem. At the conclusion of the visit, he also answered my questions and gave me suggestions for the appliance while waiting on next steps from my warranty ccompany. Good customer service Kevin! Mark was my technician and he was great! He was able to diagnose and repair my dryer in an hour. I am very thankful for his expertise and the fact that he fixed it on the first visit. He is a very nice man. This is our third experience with Sears Home Services and all three have been very good.

James explained the repair problems and tried to fix, however, the cost to repair the dryer was almost as much as purchasing a new dryer. So we opted to buy a new one. He was very courteous and professional.
