I was surprised to hear Sears was in business and doing warranty work on Electrolux appliances when a stacked dryer stopped working necessitating using the extended warranty from Electrolux. Todd was the technician who responded and he lived up to what I remember of Sears reliability and attention to details down to the well tended uniform he wore. The work required ordering parts which came within days as did Todd's return visit to satisfactorily finish the job. He was pleasant and professional and a credit to appliance repair techs. We would not hesitate to use Sears again as needed.

My washing machine would not drain and I could not open the the door. Bob immediately knew what was causing the problem but to resolve it, required him taking the front top and back of the machine off so that he could get to the parts that were causing the problem. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the machine and what it would take to get the job done quickly. I had gone to the Sears website just this morning and set up the appointment for this afternoon. About 10 o'clock this morning. I received a phone call from Bob who said he would be able to come early and he arrived at about 11 AM and was gone by 12:30. Pretty amazing and very impressive
