October 2025. Our refrigerator lost its cooling capacity causing great inconvenience for my family. An appointment was set and Tadd kept us informed of his planned arrival, came on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave us a temporary solution that would last the week until he would return to replace the non functioning parts. He worked confidently and cleaned up the work space. This afternoon he installed the parts and we now have a well functioning refrigerator We are very grateful to have had him provide these two service calls
