Best Appliance Service
John is professional, courteous, timely, knowledgeable and personable. He explains and educates. He has been my service person for about 15 years. He has serviced my dryer several times, washer, refrigerators, oven and microwave. I will be sad when he retires, but I am still very grateful to have his expertise all these years. Sears is very blessed to have him.

Michael is very professional, considerate and courteous. I almost canceled my Sears home warranty service as they are primarily using a highly ineffective AI system that frequently rescheduled our service over 6 months, however Mike maintained contact and ensured the service occurred.

Tarrance was excellent. Pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, all round nice person. The communications by Sears were cumbersome and confounding. Sears ordered the part which never shipped. Sears should have rescheduled.
