I pay AHS home warranty and am always glad when they send Sears Home Services. Because they always get the repair done. Richard was outstanding in taking apart my dryer and dislodging the sock trapped in the exhaust fan blade. Fast, clean organized.

John is professional, courteous, timely, knowledgeable and personable. He explains and educates. He has been my service person for about 15 years. He has serviced my dryer several times, washer, refrigerators, oven and microwave. I will be sad when he retires, but I am still very grateful to have his expertise all these years. Sears is very blessed to have him.

Michael is very professional, considerate and courteous. I almost canceled my Sears home warranty service as they are primarily using a highly ineffective AI system that frequently rescheduled our service over 6 months, however Mike maintained contact and ensured the service occurred.
