Collin was our repair man. He was courteous and polite, and worked quickly to try to identify the problem. Unfortunately, this problem was not solved during this visit. There was nothing in the manuals or online that addressed the nature of the problem, which was they keep warm function of the oven malfunctioning he tested the oven completely checking all the other functions which seem to be working well. We left it that should other functions begin to shut down then we would recall and have another look at it.
