DOES NOT. WORK 24hrs later. Technician tracked black foot prints through the house

No stars No smiles
First of all you should never admit to a customer that you've never worked on the appliance you're repairing. This guy came in casual and nonchalant and I had no worries until problem after problem with the repair. Told me the wrong parts are ordered. No let me tell you that my dryer was working when the technician arrived, the problem was just a noise coming from the tensioner. When he left there was no power to the unit and it doesn't work at all and he specifically told me that it did. I was hesitant from start to finish that he just didn't know what he was doing. I was patient for the 3 hours it took him to install one of the parts that came correct. Arrived at 4:00 and didn't leave until after 7:00 p.m. and I was even late for work. The only thing this guy had going for him was his smile and a positive attitude. Don't trust what they say, check things out for yourself before they leave because what a hassle now I have to go through waiting a whole month for my dryer to work. You're supposed to fix things and leave them better than they were when you found them and this is not the case here. Without a dryer, without a prayer

small leak made much worse, then ball dropped
Although Tony was affable, I thought his solution was not adequate to the problem when he explained what he thought was the issue to me, (the window seal on the washer door needed cleaning to fully close the door). I said I thought the main gasket around the washer opening was at fault and he disagreed,. When I ran a load of laundry immediately after his service, the very small drizzle of a leak that I had called about became a big leak that soaked my wood floor and under my washer, When I called immediately (1:40 pm) to ask him to come back, he said the claim was closed and I had to file another claim for him to return. I checked online and the claim was open, so I called Choice Home Warranty. They confirmed it was still open and told me I had to call the technician. I called (no answer) and texted Tony at 2:40 to ask him to come back. I still have had no response. I sincerely hope he will return in the am to follow through on this problem, but I am dismayed at how much time I had to spend checking online, calling Choice, trying to reach Tony, etc., to try to get fast resolution. It puts Choice, Sears, and their subcontractor, A&E, in a poor light.

Stovetop not repaired
Completely unprofessional. Called in before the appointment to tell me they can't fix it after waiting and waiting. Why couldn't they tell me this before I took off work? Now I'm still stuck with a non working stovetop.

Lack of attention to detail
Technician left dryer vent disconnected. We didn't notice until the second load. Basement filled with dryer dust and lint as a result.

It's still broken
A & E has been to my house SIX times to repair the ice maker on the refrigerator door (July 20; August 2, 17, 23; September 20, 28). After 6 attempts, I'm worse off than before they started. Now my freezer doesn't work and the ice maker in the freezer doesn't work. And their answer is to send someone out again!

No answer, need second opinion
He did not give me a logical explanation for why my washing machine is leaking. He suggested just wiping away the water that leaks, or replacing a part that looks perfectly fine. I need you to send another technician who is more experienced.

Rude
Totally rude!!!! Services techs came in and refused to wear booties or take off shoes! When they were finished they told my wife, if you call again for a repair we will not come back.. it takes too long and they have to removed the dryer as it's a stackable

Unhappy today
Nice technician turned up yesterday as planned to replace water inlet valves on my 4 year old Electrolux washer. I used it successfully this morning but then right after the wash cycle noticed the power button not working. I could not turn it off. Disconnected it from power source and replugged after a few minutes. Now machine will not power up at all.
