After numerous appointments where the tech didn't show up, l received a text today that tech arrived and work completed. So after 8 weeks dryer is still not fixed.

Horrible service

Unprofessional. Problem is worse than it was before he arrived. He was to fix a light in the oven. Now the oven is not working at all.

Your tech came 2 weeks ago, ordered a part then arrived today to inform the repair isn't cost effective. So, I just wasted 2 weeks when could have found a replacement stove 2 weeks ago had I been told it couldn't be repaired. To add insult to injury you charged me almost $450. I'll never use Sears repair again.

No show AGAIN! Not even worth 1 star!

Why write a review when he never was here! Arrangements were made for 2 technichians and only 1 was coming today again. This has been going on for too long and at the price of the Master Protection Plan; better service is expected. We have stackable w/d and they expect me to unstack it since they wont even though arrangements were previously made. If I could I wouldn't even give 1 star. Also I received a copy of payment and he never came.

Sears is rescheduling w/o us knowing

The repair appointment is set for when someone can be at home. Four times Sears moved the date up. Now the technician comes out, fills out the repair slip & submitted it as if the repair was completed. No one was at home, the job wasn't completed & the part was in the mailbox.

Electrolux dryer disappointed

Would never refer anybody to A&E. It took a month to get repaired. 5 visits and parts sent here that were not needed and not even put on, like new motor. It was never installed. But they took it back, even though it was expensed to my dryer from warranty. Now I went to hook dryer vent and noticed my left side top is not even put together in its clip so the left top has a gap and is sticking up. So I guess I will unfastened top myself and do it correctly. Repairman show up today. We had none call or text us saying they were coming for their 4th time. I was off all last week and parts were here on last Wednesday. Very disappointed

Electrolux Dryer is Garbage

Sears nor Frigidaire (Electrolux) back their products! The dryer hasn't worked since day one. It is barely one year and seven attempts to make this dryer work it is worse than ever!

Stated my problems were well water

Technician ordered all the necessary parts but did not look closely to see I had received them and rescheduled my appointment out another week. I stated I had not received any more parts and upon looking closely realized I had them all. He said my community well caused the problem and replaced only the cold water filter and nothing else. If this was the case everyone would have this issue. I disagree because all water comes from a well due to water is located underground. Then he told me to spay the dispenser opening with bleach. He never stated this the other 2 times and ordered new parts but did not replace them. Please send another technician to repair my washing machine so the fabric softener dispenser will work. I purchased an extended warranty 9/26/2021 thru 9/26/2026. I called to schedule an appointment for the work to be done and was told the technician closed the order and said he finished the work. This is false and I will not pay for someone to repair my washing machine that is under warranty.

Had maintenance service on washer and dryer. Technician borrowed my vacuum. Did not put away. Left dryer lint filter out of dryer. Did not use a screwdriver to remove filter area to clean out the fan area in lint area. All other techs have done.Told me to call Sears and have them order a roller and pulley idle. Maintenance on washer was to put it on clean cycle. No cleaning, no wiping or checking detergent area. Maintenance less than 20 min. Part of this time was bathroom and phone breaks Husband called Sears about the parts. 2 Technicians came the next day. They proceeded to make comments it can't be a pulley as it does not go eek eek. Took the top/front of dryer apart. Took out drum. Cleaned dryer. This I know because I cleaned the lint off the floor when they left. Put back together and told me I don't need parts. Ran dryer for a few minutes while they were packing up. Told me ok I'm ordering parts. Be back Oct 31. I washed clothes that night. Put clothes in the dryer only to find the drum no longer spins. I presume it stopped before they left, just didn't tell me. He had suggested the slight noise the dryer made was because of the lint on the fan preventing airflow. Possibly true as it always ran quieter after regular maintenance by the competent Sears maintenance technicians. Now I have no dryer and the Sears repair manager will not call me back and the call team are not helpful. Furious I had a working dryer and only had them out to do the required maintenance for the warranty. Washer and Dryer Electrolux purchased in 2015 with warranty and renewed warranty. Always had good service. Extremely disappointed and angry with the situation I have been left with. Maybe they can come and do my laundry at the laundromat until they can come out and repair the damage to my dryer. Was told a Manager would call me within an hour. Still waiting. It's been 2 hours. Maybe they are having to handle more damage the incompetent technicians have caused.
