1. Came last week. I had specified that I would let in remotely. They didn't call and just left 2. Came couldn't track down parts left and said I would be contacted. No Contact 3 Reschedule through 2-10 because you won't let me contact you. Came yesterday. We were here rang door bell waited 20 sec and left. We have it recorded on camera. 4. Said you were coming out today at 11:44 AM. It is 3:44 now and you are asking me to rate your service 😳🤪🤪🤪 ARE YOU COMING OUT TODAY? I have so much time invested in this and I still have no ice maker. Your system doesn't work and you paid this employee to come out and lie to you that he tried to contact us. AGAIN ARE YOU COMING TODAY?!!!

The technician arrived two hours late. There was no way that I could ask customer service what was going on. He did a fine job -- but I hate having to wait around because there is no way to speak with a human at Sears.

Unprepared

Technician was very pleasant but that is only worth one star. The service receives zero and I should have refused to pay. I will be disputing this. Apparently the part that had to be evaluated was in a 'box' under the fridge. It was too large to slide out but I was told that if the fridge needed to be lifted or tilted up so the box could slide out that way. That made it seem as if this method has been utilized before. However, I was asked if I had jacks or something to prop it up. Why wasn't this in the service van? I did not have these things. So...that was never evaluated. Then he pulls out his multimeter and it is missing a test lead/probe. He said your company hadn't supplied him with a new one. Then he asked if I had one that he could use. I did not. In the end NOTHING was looked at or tested!!!! The unit was unplugged then plugged back in. THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN DONE BEFORE AN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE.

First of all you went to the wrong house the wrong state you've done this not four times you people suck no wonder you're out of business. Can't talk to a live person. Actually I'm glad you did go out of business so it's very sad for the people that lost their jobs

Disappointed

Never showed up. Trying to repair done for the last three weeks. Had the part. Only to have several reschedules saying that the part had not arrived.

Freezer not working

Ripoff, did nothing but tell me it's not working (wow already new that) collected their 138 dollars and left. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Technician did not show

We were quoted a timeframe of 8-5 for the fridge repair now that we have the model number. We took off work, however no one ever showed to repair the fridge. The status tracker showed "1 stop away" then it went to tech has arrived. We received an email stating the order was inprocessing to be approved. I'm confused however this was a waste of a work leave day.
