Send it was something he diligently didn't check. More concert with getting in and out. It's like none of your techs appreciate their jobs seriously. Like everything recorded so, I basically saw you do close to nothing smh

AI powered customer interaction SUCKS, tech was great
Corey was very professional and deserves 5 stars. HOWEVER, the constant barrage of AI powered emails and text messages is a disaster. Ditch this program ASAP. Seemingly daily notices, even after confirmation. No phone number to contact a real person. Asking to confirm if parts were installed or threats to invoice, multiple reschedules. Even cancelled my first call-back appointment for part installation even thought parts was shipped to me and ready for install. Sears said the case was closed by AHS (when I finally reached someone at the national phone #), which was a complete lie. Would never recommend this service company to anyone!!!

Electrolux Dryer repair
The technician did not identify himself or provided a warm greeting. He was on the phone and not responding to my questions until his conversation ended with the person on the other end. He did not provide any documentation about the results of the inspection. His only concern was that I had the payment. I was very concerned about the method of the diagnostic review and whether the information is valid.

I waited from 7am-6pm on two different days and he never came and I received a bill with the a signature that isn't mine. This is terrible!
