Front load washer.
Thankfully, Jerel cleaned our plugged main drain and restored water flow to our washer. We had neglected to keep it properly maintained. Unfortunately, after he left, I realised the rubber main boot ports and crevisses were completely inundated with slimy greasy lint and residue. After attempting to clean it while in the machine, I realise it must be removed and either scrubbed in our bathtub, or replaced if we can't get it clean. I would happily have paid Jerel to remove it and clean or replace it when he was here. He didn't comment about any problem remaining, or extra cleaning needed.

I e maker repair
It isn't fixed. After three visits by Sears technicians it is not fixed. Waiting for parts. I am not happy with the procedure Sears uses. Different technicians every time. They don't have knowledge of what the technician before them did or ordered. Parts show up at my home from somewhere and o have no idea what they are. I am willing to pay Sears as the professionals but it doesn't seem they are. Why such a screw ball,way of conducting business. I was entering a service agreement but after this experience I don't think so. I will see if they finally see if they get this done correctly. The technicians seem Good but the communication with Sears seems awful. Brian G. Was conscientious and did a good job but it isn't right! What's next Sears? Three more visits? More money? Are you the professionals I had hoped to hire?

Dryer Repair under Service Protection Agreement
I understand that the extreme delay might not be Charles fault. He did not arrive until approx. 7:03pm and left approx. 7:46 pm when our window was between 8am-5pm. He seemed angry about the repair and left piles of lint on the floor in the laundry room. Complained that these types of houses do not have proper ventilation for dryers and left angry.

Electrolux dryer repair
Though my dryer is functional it is not in its original state. The technician failed to put the top to the dryer back on correctly and it is clearly missing at least one fastener/ screw

Need to fix my washer
You did replace pump that was ordered but as soon as you left the machine was back to original problem. It's not putting water in machine and back to E11 code it just won't work

Not impressed
Our fridge is 11 years old and wasn't cooling. He didn't have an exact answer for what our issue is, possibly condensing fan. Said it most likely won't cool to 37 degrees but should cool. So far, it's not cooling at all so a wasted 150.00

Not satisfied completely
He couldn't find the part to replace the defective door lock so the self cleaning function would work. He stated that there is an increased risk of damage to the oven if the self cleaning is used due to the high temperature needed. I'm not sure if this is true.

Fixed the problem, but no co.munication
The technician never called when he was on the way. The original appointment was 8:40am, and he showed up at 5:20pm, and ordered me to empty the fridge. But, he did fix it very quickly.
