Technician was good at diagnosing the problem

Haughton, LAIssue not completely resolved
We had watched a video and had successfully self diagnosed our issue as a clogged coin trap on our washing machine. We are not experts, but Jason concluded it was a bad drain pump which would have taken 10 days to get the part in for. We asked that he check the coin trap, and sure enough. That was the problem. Jason did not clean up our laundry room well, and the washing machine is leaking slightly since his repair. Someone will have to come back out and fix it.

The technician (the tech was 4 star) was very helpful but the overall Sears Home automated scheduling app/program was terrible (this was a 2 star). It was almost essentially impossible to actually talk to anyone about nuances of the service date and time until they came to the house in an 8 hour window.

Fair at communication. Should have been able to talk to me when I was on the phone with my dad and my dad asked for him to talk to me and he didn't.
Lisa/rick M,
Las Vegas, NVWe now have no water or ice
Noah seemed like a knowledgeable tech, and he worked efficiently, but we just discovered that we now not only don't have ice, but we also don't have water. I think he forgot to turn something back on.

He had muddy shoes. Didn't clean up his mess. Didn't check to confirm washer was repaired.

while he fixed the main issue, he tore up the exhaust ducting and then didn't re-connect it. this is the second time he's left work unfinished the last time he didn't screw the top of a dryer back on.

Less than a month ago the same company replaced the motor in my washer. Idk if they had to remove the bolt that holds the drum but I imagine they did. When the tech came today all he did was tighten the bokt which could have been due to the last repairman not tightening it back
