Having the Sears Protection Plan, I have not been satisfied with. I was without a dryer for over 3 months because no one would show up for the appointment scheduled to fix my appliances, and it is impossible to get through the phone line to talk to anyone about an issues. I had 3 no-show appointments before someone finally came back to fix the appliance correctly. Not impressed with Sears for the amount of money I pay every month.

Archie was very knowledgeable. He was able to accurately diagnose our issue. Unfortunately the parts are no longer available to fix our problem, which isn't his fault, but he was able to explain everything so we can take the next steps.
