There was not much to do there...
Experienced repairman; diagnosed in 5 seconds he saw the unit. he says "mini refrigerator?"....you cant even get parts for this.

The parts finally arrived and the technician installed them appropriately. The machine functioned properly but the technician did not level the machine before he left. It now wobbles a lot on spin and I can no longer use it.

This was an unsuccessful attempt to repair an Electrolux dishwasher. Sears was referred by Electrolux who had been previously paid in full for a fixed price repair. Shane diagnosed a faulty main control board and quoted a price of $800 for the part. The part is readily available at a price of less than $300. I ordered one at a cost of less than $100. It remains to be seen whether the control board is the faulty part. So I have now paid $275 to Electrolux, $150 to Sears and about $100 for a spare part not yet received. Still no working dishwasher.

Robert defrosted a frozen pipe and told me to get metal tape to tape the back of the refrigerator? I don't know what I am doing, and he didn't know why it had frozen over after he checked everything out, but between the 2 visits it cost me $600+! But Robert is a very nice guy!

The following week was canceled then he comes out and it was supposed to be washer and dryer and he only does the dryer. He doesn't even pull it out. He doesn't do anything except for put two pieces of paper towel in there and say that he needs the filter needs to be cleaned. He didn't check anything so I think honestly that

Clay was very professional and courtesy. Prior to him showing up our appt was cancelled with two different reasons stated 1) the part had not been ordered, 2) could not get in touch with anyone. Both were incorrect, part arrived weeks ago and my mother and I were both keeping an eye on the status of arrival and waiting by the phone for an update. This has no reflection on Clay, like I said he was very professional and courtesy

The techs were good but the entire process was AWFUL. It took four weeks to get our refrigerator fixed due to Sears not acknowledging the appointments we had set up, giving us incorrect information, and not showing up when they said they would. I missed two days of work to sit and wait at home only for no one to come. We were told three different things by three different techs, and two different customer service reps also gave us different and incorrect information. I'm glad to finally have the refrigerator fixed because I will never again use Sears' appliance repair. I wouldn't call them again if they were the only company left on the planet and I had no working appliances. I wouldn't call them if I were on a ventilator and it didn't work. Never. Ever. EVER. Again.
