Good engineer
Mike was patient, took his time finding the leak, adjusted screws and leak stopped. However, now the dishwasher cannot open all the way. I'm afraid to push harder, but something is stopping it. Send him back!!

He checked it out thru different wash cycles and it worked. As soon as he left I tried to wash a load and it stopped in middle of cycle with an error code E11.

The service tech called ahead to ask about the refrigerator and asked about the issue we were having. He was able to get here a short time before the scheduled arrival time of 2:00. He was very efficient and done within 30 minutes. He showed my wife and I the part that was causing our issue.

My appointment was for 8-12. Looked like 11:00 am until he was held back at another location. Arrived at at 2:50 pm. Immediately diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the replacement part is no longer available. Shared some advice on trying to get a little use until it can be fixed or replaced. Appreciate that..

Alberto was coaching/mentoring another gentleman who actually did all the manual labor but Alberto was coaching him. - only constructive comment i would offer is when they first started, I was asked when I had cleaned the refrigerator coils last (I have never vacuumed the coils) - instead of right off the bat asking me that, look at the broken part AND then ask/suggest to clean the coils - the way it started, I thought he was inferring that not vacuuming the coils is why the ice maker was not working (perception is reality)

The only thing that I did not like about this experience is that I had to wait almost 2 weeks for the part to arrive. But other than that, the repair man was great, friendly, and very knowledgeable, he even put shoe covers on his shoes when he entered my house! He explained to my wife what was going on with the washer, he explained everything and answered all of our questions.
