Technician was awesome but I will never do business with Sears home service again. Over charged and took over 3 weeks to repair a dryer belt.

Jake was nice. I gave my information and history when this was set up. Waited over a week and stayed home from work. Then told there was nothing they could do. Waste of Jake's time and mine. To top it off my brand new expensive oven sits and can't use.

We are pleased with the work done by Enrique. We have yet to confirm that our problem was fixed. It took us 2 1/2 months to get the parts and a tech out to address our problem.

The machine is running but not all options on the control panel light up. At least the settings I normally use are working. Overall, I have not been at all impressed with the company's online interface. For the original appointment, I got two confirmations for the same day, but one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Rescheduled appointments got confirmed twice but no one showed up. Then yesterday I got a message confirming my appointment for May 24 and a tech called to tell me he would be there late morning- for an appointment I rescheduled a week ago. There is no way to contact a living person online or by phone to ask questions or report issues and the options given online are limited.

Mike was patient, took his time finding the leak, adjusted screws and leak stopped. However, now the dishwasher cannot open all the way. I'm afraid to push harder, but something is stopping it. Send him back!!

He checked it out thru different wash cycles and it worked. As soon as he left I tried to wash a load and it stopped in middle of cycle with an error code E11.
