Time given for service was 8a-3pm. He did not arrive until after 4:30p. Once he was here, he quickly diagnosed and addressed the freezer problem . His nifty steamer took care of all the ice - no parts needed. He was knowledgeable, explained everything and was courteous.

Brandon was pleasant and fixed the display on my machine but the leak was not fixed. He did discover one at the hose that I repaired but water is still leaking from under the right side of the machine.

Jamie was great. He came and figured out the problem. However Sears is no good. If you are making an appointment with them Do Not wait around for them. They are never on time and they have been complete no shows twice. Glad I don't have to take the day off.
