Nicholas was very prompt and friendly. Did a nice job and kept the work area clean. Unfortunately, the repair didn't fix the issue, but he did a nice job.

Titus appears to be an excellent technician. Very contentious and efficient. Repairing the dryer took a lot longer than we estimated and he never gave up. I've used different Sears techs (all very good!) over the past few years and rate him as one of the best
