Your service men were great. Nice and polite. The Scheduling of the service could have been better since this was the 3rd attempt to install. The first fellow was great too - I think his name was Ed. He said we needed 2 men to lift the washer so of course the next appointment was with one man and then the follow up appointment to that was only one man too. Finally 2 men were sent and it all went well. A lot of wasted time for me - 3 calls with service windows of 8-5! And also a waste of time for the service men. Coming here 3 times.

Abdul reached out about an hour after I submitted the assessed the issue, and had me washing again in about 2 hours. He went the extra step of showing me ways to improve the overall operation of the machine. He was personable, professional, and polite. Abdul is great!
