Benny repaired my refrigerator freezer. He exemplifies what customer service really should be like. It was a breath of fresh air to get this level of service and friendly demeanor. He explains what the issue is clearly and in a way you feel you can trust, helps educate you and most importantly does great work quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Consummate professional!!

Jim was very honet ..I am dissapointed that I had 2 techs contradict each other. not only did I have 2 techs between teh 5 visits but each said a different thing. Asaresult every partwas ordered and still no dryer working

I had a small leak from the front of the front loader washer. Randy found that hair had caused the seal to leak. He cleaned it, cleaned the door, ran a cycle and showed me how much soap residue was in the washer. He gave me good advice on how to maintain th machine.
