Mark was prompt and on time. I wish I could say the same for my parts. 6 days it took for them to arrive! Seemed a bit of a long time and the laundry room was packed because of no dryer for 8 days. Updated my appointment and Mark was here promptly at 0800 on Monday and had the dryer up and running by 0900. No wasted motion no delay just positive performance! Excellent Job, thanks Mark
