Gabriel showed up during the expected window time and text letting me know when he was on his way. He did a great job inspecting and determining the problem with my washer. After showing me the issues he made appropriate recommendations for the remedy. Overall wonderful service.

Technician was great. However process to report problem, set up time to have technician diagnose problem and order part needed and finally schedule time for tech to come back to repair was difficult, frustrating and very timely! Had to get to right person, that person had to contact person to schedule. I then had to wait for call back from scheduling. Never received, no voicemail left so had to go through entire process again. Again no call back received or voicemail. Finally went to website and clicked link which gave me a message about date technician was scheduled to arrive. Poor service! Hoping repairs correct problem as would not want to go through this process again.
