Great service from Erick, he saved me time and money. Very unhappy with Sears in general. Dan the previous technician misdiagnosed the problem. Also the part he ordered for his problem was incorrect (I don't think that was Dans fault, your database is wrong). I have been trying to contact you for a week to report the incorrect part but there is no way of talking to a human or even leaving a text message either on the phone, your website or via text. I spent hours trying. The best I could find was 60 characters as special instructions for the technician and hope he contacted me before traveling to my house. I will think twice before requesting a service with Sears or recommending them to friends.

Chris was awesome along with his trainer! I like the fact that they explained what was going to take place and once they found additional issues they told us right away and what the cost would be they showed us the worn and broken parts and took pictures. We had our dryer and stove repaired in a timely manner!
