Great technician. Even with his regular truck in the shop for a transmission he was able to bring enough parts to fix our dryer and get back to normal. I must admit that I did try Angies list. They responded with a non native English speaker call from a room full of people speaking so loudly that I could hardly understand the representative. The cost quoted justto show up was so outrageous that I terminated the conversation. I will never ever make that mistake again.

One of the most pleasant experiences I have had with Sears Service. I called about service on our dryer which was under a Sears service contract. A service technician was available the next day. John called when he was on his way. He was professional, complete, and courteous. A real pleasure to work with and a positive reflection of the company. I appreciate the prompt attention and repair of our appliance.
