Very Good experience.
Came early which was great as I had clothes to dry, but dryer is not fixable as it would cost to much to fix. Need to replace gas dryer. He was very respectful and courteous. Would call again if I needed anything fixed.

Nacho had great Customer Service and was very punctual. Explained the issue with my dryer and was able to tell me when parts would be in and was able to schedule the appointment the same day for when they would be in.

The repair man himself was great. As far as the scheduling department and phone service goes: -10/10. Terrible experiences with them. They would tell me I had an appointment then no one would show up. I would call and they would say they didn't have anything. This happened multiple times. My washer and dryer have been broke since June. I am 79 years old and have to take my laundry up and down stairs, drive 10 miles to town, pay to do my laundry, bring it back and lug it back up the steps multiple times a week. My washer is still broke.
