Robert attempted to do his best even though Sears didn't follow through by allowing him to call me prior to driving out. Ultimately Sears did not have the parts required for the fix (which I would have known had Sears had him call me prior to showing up like I specifically asked). My experience with Robert was positive, while all other experiences with Sears customer service reps and automated lines were not.
