Expert designation of problem. Prompt resolution. Kind of expensive for the visit but that is more of a company policy issue.

Joseph was friendly and professional during his visit at my home. Though he could not find the cause of my concern, he did point out that for my dryer , diagnostic test are not done. He was able to check the airflow & heating. That worked well. If it's the control board and has to be replaced, it is costly.
