Absolutely wonderful employee to have absolute wonderful employee to have working in your company. Was very pleasant fun to talk to, very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed what the problem was. He is someone I would personally ask to have come back should another one of my appliances break down again. He is definitely a "keeper"🙂
