Only excellent thing in this whole warranty process
The actual repair rep was excellent. He knew what the problem was, ordered the parts and completed the job the day after the parts arrived. The "Sears" part was ridiculously poor. For starters it is a week long, full time job to reach a human. I think that 95%of the staff are robots. When you get your call to corporate office, in, you get the "This number is no longer in service." Really?! The CEO doesn't have a working phone? Repair service - 10/10. Sears - 0/10

This tecnition was very helpful . he saw right off what the problem was and had to move everything around the dryer to fix it then put it all back. He gave me some hints on things to do which was very helpful to me. enjoyed him.

Joshua was very friendly, knowledgeable and showed great customer service! He explained everything to me , what was wrong, and what needed to be done. He got here at a very good time, and quickly found the trouble, with my dryer, told me how much it was going to be and fixed my dryer! Great job!
