Dryer and washer maintenance
The technician is very communicative and professional. He explain with details the maintenience and operation of both appliances. I learn a lot of how to clean and use the washer and dryer.

Steve got here when he said he would. I'm sure he was tired because I was his 8th and last visit of the day. He pulled it apart, identified the problem, and went out to his service van where he had the needed parts. He had little room to work in. He got the job done and we did a trial load with a wet blanket inside. No more scraping noise. Yea! I would definitely recommend Steve 😊
