Errol arrived on time like he said he would. He did a great job repairing our dryer. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up after his repair work. He was efficient and I would recommend him for future Sears Service.

Joseph was a great service rep. However, my experience with sears was lackluster. It took over a month to get someone to fix my dryer. It took two weeks to schedule the first appointment and I was never told that I had to be on site, which meant I had to reschedule and wait another two weeks. Then part needed to be ordered and I had to wait another two weeks to have that person return with the. It simply took a long time to receive service in my area
