We are sure Sears keeps Jose very busy assisting customers with their non-working appliances. He is very knowledgeable on how to fix the break downs. He also is very customer service savvy. Polite, respectful, and sure of his ability to make the hints right. It was nice working with him.

An all around positive experience with Jason! Happy to see him first thing this morning. Very friendly , positive attitude, ….. things I want, and expect from service. He was happy to explain his findings, and as it turned out, he confirmed the cause I suspected Quick and easy repair.
