Keyon arrived and was ready to work. Explained the process and got everything torn done, fixed and back together just as it was before. Highly recommend and would prefer him to come out again if anything else needs to be repaired.

They came promptly and examined the dryer. The cost of repair was about $200 less than the cost of a new dryer. I decided just to buy a new dryer. I would certainly used them again.

Very pleased with David and Sears home repair. Excellent communication via the AI bot - and David also called to let me know where he was and how long it would be before he got here. Went right to work and got the filter fixed. Great job

Mountain Top, PACareful diagnosis
Rudy was patient, systematic and thorough in working through the possible reasons for lack of heating in our clothes dryer, checking connectivity and operation in different parts of the system as he went along. I had imagined the issue was the electrical igniter, but it turned out to be the timer dial, which wasn't signaling the igniter. He was then able to give me a carefully prepared quote for the cost of replacing it.
