John proved himself to be a first class professional when he arrived to service our clothes dryer. He quickly determined the cause of the problem and replaced the rollers supporting the dryer rotating drum. In addition, he thoroughly cleaned lint from the dryer interior and tested the dryer for excessive noise. He also provided advice on how to keep the dryer vent free of lint . John is certainly a credit to your organization and would be welcome for any future service we might require.
