Anthony was right on time, very personable. He diagnosed the issue and explained the options to me. Anthony had the repair done in a very timely manner and showed me everything he replaced and explained why it was replaced. Very pleased with Anthony.

Technician are always awesome Phone and technical support is always no stars. The last two request for service the notifications are all messed up, technician is not informed properly and we get so many messages (some duplicate) that it takes up the space on our phones. Also can't always understand the phone operator or they have no idea what they are doing
