Very pleased with overall service. Made call for repair late Monday afternoon (11 November) and service technicians was here shortly after 8:00 AM on 12 November. He had to return to shop for needed part, but returned to install the part within approximately 45 minutes. Repair complete - appliance working now.

Great service. Ambrocio arrived at 8:30am (window 8-Noon). He identified the problem with the dryer, made the repair, and removed the dust. He kept me informed about what he was doing. I also appreciated the texts and emails from Sears Home Service which kept me updated. Excellent service from booking the appointment to repair to follow-up. Would recommend the company.
