Our Samsung dryer stopped working and we contacted Sears Home Services since we initially purchased our washer/dryer through them. Mohammed kept me informed when he would arrive and came right on time. Once in the home he diagnosed the problem and provided us with a repair that day! He had the parts he needed in the truck so we did not have to wait any additional days before we could use our appliance. Thanks Mohammed!
Mark B,
Sacramento, CATimothy was great BUT
Timothy was able to come in and find out, unfortunately, the dryer itself is not the issue. In probably less than 10 minutes. Apparently it's something to do with the wiring in the outlet. My problem is that it took almost 2 weeks and 3 different appointments to find this out. We were originally scheduled for Oct. 24. Then it was pushed to Oct. 29. Then once again it was pushed to today, Nov. 6. Upon setting up the appointment you had and apparently still do have our landline phone number as the contact number, We changed that to my cell phone being there's no way to receive text on landlines. After each miscommunication (3 times) when I talked to an associate she assured me that you had my cell number and I would receive communication through either text or calls. Never heard anything. The only way I learned anything was to go to my email, which I very, very rarely use and is the reason for switching phone numbers. After logging into my email today I saw where I received an email at 7 AM this morning and then didn't get another one until 4:48 PM this evening, just minutes before Timothy arrived. For one thing, to set these appointments up on an ALL day waiting period is kinda ridiculous. But then to have it happen on 3 different occasions is unacceptable. Back to Timothy though, he was great. He was very friendly and professional. I just hate that I had to air my grievances on his evaluation.
