1 of 2 parts arrived with second part already three weeks past delivery date. Tech had spare part and fixed dryer. Dryer knowledge was great as he knew exactly how to disassemble unit to replace new parts.

Alex took his time diagnosing a difficult the burning smell we were getting from our 20+ year old dryer. He was very thorough and came to the conclusion that some lint had burned up in the heating element. He vacuumed out the inside of the dryer to remove whatever lint was left, and then did a complete check of the entire system and ventilation to ensure that we were OK to continue to use the machine. Most importantly though was the information he provided me on our dryer and its care, as well as what to consider when the time comes to replace it. His knowledge alone was well more than worth the diagnostic fee!
