Had a technician come out for diagnostic and then for a month I had an issue with sears and American Home Shield cancelling my appointments and leaving me with excuses like someone called out or the part I needed hasn't come in. By the way the original technician order the heating element he said I needed and within a week it came to my home. Couldn't get an appointment sooner for one reason or another. Finally after said month I went to the website and made an appointment. Ivan came out after having my appointment added to his schedule and was completely professional not only was he quick and efficient with cleaning and fixing my dryer but he also fixed the real issue with my dryer which was a broken wire not the heating element as first diagnosed. Ivan I appreciate you staying late and finishing the job, dryer works and it's cleaned out above and beyond. By the way my original appointment scheduled by American home shield and sears was cancelled apparently no technician was assigned again.
