Couldn't have been better!
Manuel kept me aware of when he would arrive. When he arrived he quickly checked for the problem and got right to work. Finished quickly leaving the work area as he found it. No more noise! I was very pleased with the service.

He was called because I had getting a small load of clothes to dry after running the clothes twice and afterwards trying to get a pair of pants to dry. When checking it thoroughly, he was unable to find anything wrong with it.
