Dryer not heating

Overall rating

Charles found the reason for the problem quickly & corrected it. A workman doing remodeling for me had turned off the gas line to the dryer when he turned off the gas line to my stove. He did not turn both of them back on & I did not know that. When Charles turned the gas back on, the dryer worked fine. Charles is knowledgable & efficient, & he explained & showed me all that he did.

Texted on a Friday night on Thanksgiving weekend and got service the next morning!!! Dryer was repaired in time to pack for a trip on Monday. So glad Sears appliance repair is still in business.
