Dryer fix
Dennis was great; communicative about his time frame of arrival, very professional, explained the issue (ended up being something pretty benign, but did not make me feel like I wasted his time). I appreciate knowing that it's done correctly and everything is hooked back up properly!

Charles and Gerry were great. So the five star rating is for Charles and Gerry only. I would rate Customer service ZERO stars. Customer service and trying to talk to a live person sucked from not ordering the right parts, quantity of parts, and changing the repair schedule after telling them specifically when I would be home.

Mohammad has come to my home many many times for a broken fridge and and even worse dryer. Each time he comes he has a smile on his face and a kind word when I am so mad that it has taken so long to get my repairs done. He is efficient and very helpful. Definitely recommend.
