Excellent customer service and knowledgeable technicians.
Our technician Angel was the best. Polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem with our dryer in terms that I could understand, and when finished cleaned up the area. When the repair part arrived, Angel was once again the technician and did an excellent job once again. I will always use Sears to repair my appliances and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

He not only fixed the immediate issue but shared valuable tips on how to maintain the appliance to prevent further issues. I could not have asked for anything more.
