I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. The service rep (Robert) arrived first thing in the morning at 0800. He understood the problem, fixed the dryer, and was done within an hour. I would recommend him to work on any of my appliances.

It took Sears a full month to find the simplest part — a drive belt for a GE drier. During that time the only explanation I got was "part has not shipped." When I told them to cancel my repair order and issue me a full refund, they found the part in a matter of days. The guys who actually worked on the machine were great, but I would NEVER do business with Sears again.
