Great experience with Jim the technician. Arrived timely, polite and knowledgeable. Fixed my dryer on first visit. Explained what was broken what needed to be fixed. Quoted me a price and that is what I paid. Left laundry room clean. Was a very positive experience.

Rudy was great! I didn't appreciate the dozens of emails as reminders. Got a text this morning that my appointment from 1-5pm was happening at 11am which was erroneous and impossible for me. The many, many emails was way to much when one or two would have sufficed.
