Paul from Sears tech diagnosed our problem within minutes. He replaced all the parts and even cleaned the area so it looked better than it did before he arrived. Communicated all the issues and had the parts on his truck

I really appreciate how he kept me updated on his arrival time. Very friendly and efficient in completing the service. However, if you were to ask me to rate customer service and my overall experience, I would rate it a 1. Great technicians, horrible customer service. I had to call repeatedly to let you know that the part was never going to arrive since it no longer existed. The GE website said what the alternative part was and I would think that someone would have checked on it. If I hadn't called twice, I would probably still be waiting. Feel free to call me as I will be canceling the home protect service.

Ilike in when he call letting you know approx, what time will be arriving. Very professional. And take time if you have any questions. I will take him any time I need a repair.
