Dino Saves the Experience
Dino is terrific. He communicated with us about the work, and he was resourceful and professional. Everything else about our experience with Sears Home Services was awful. Our first tech was completely unqualified to do the work, left a disassembled dryer on the floor, and communicated completely inaccurate information. In the 21 days that followed, we received a barrage of confusing/unhelpful texts and emails. Since there is no way to communicate with SHS, we were left to wait. On the original day of the follow-up appointment, SHS was a no-show. We got a bot to reschedule the appointment for the following day, and fortunately Dino was our tech. We were over-charged for the initial estimated service, so now we're assuming the process of a refund will follow the same path.

Logan was very kind and very friendly. He had the dryer working in no time. I have one problem with the dryer. The barrel does not go around with clothes in it. I put one towel in and that seemed to work slightly, but it definitely appeared to struggle to tumble with a load. Can Logan come out and check this out? That would be great have a nice day Pamela.

After waiting for 4 days and countless calls and waiting for a technician to come repair my dryer I was happy to see Mr. Jose. He had a beautiful smile on his face, and he did an excellent job. He repaired my dryer in record timing, and he even repaired the dryer door that another technician messed up... Thank you, Jose, for a job well done
